Jonathan Brooks

Jonathan Brooks, born on June 11, 2007, is a first year sophomore at the University of St. Thomas, pursuing a degree in Business-Entrepreneurship or Business-Law and compliance. He is focused on giving back to the community and instituting change in these fields. Outside of school, Jonathan loves sports, painting, and spending time with family. He is keen on developing his talents as an artist, and Known MPLS has been a space for him to do that. In high school, he battled health issues and these issues taught him qualities like perseverance, patience, and discipline. Singing was a remedy for him and has motivated him to be where he is today. Looking in the future, Jonathan wants to become either a corporate lawyer or be in executive management, working his way to become a CEO, where he can exercise his leadership skills and make an impact on as many people as possible.

Known MPLS has been a place where I can connect and fellowship with fellow peers and friends. It’s always a time I look forward to having. Even through hard times that people may have, we are a community and it’s a place we can come together and heal. It’s a welcoming environment to everyone and it’s a space where Ive been able to grow into who I am today.
