Voicez Inc. is a Minneapolis based nonprofit dedicated to helping youth and young adults discover confidence, identity, and purpose through music, mentorship, and community. We believe every person has a voice, not just a sound, and that voice deserves to be heard, honored, and developed.
Through our programs, Voicez Inc. develops young people in four key areas: capacity, engagement, leadership, and artist and career development. Through Known MPLS, Known Kitchen, Known Rise, and Known Elite, we create intentional spaces where young people are supported as whole people while gaining the tools, relationships, experiences, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Our work goes beyond the stage. We help young people strengthen self awareness and emotional capacity, experience meaningful community, develop as leaders, explore their gifts, and gain real world experience that can help shape their futures.

Our Programs
KNOWN MPLS | Capacity
Our flagship music and mentorship program uses the power of music, performance, and community to help youth and young adults build confidence, discipline, belonging, and personal capacity. Members grow as artists while learning how to show up for themselves, one another, and their community.
KNOWN KITCHEN | Engagement
Known Kitchen creates community around the table. Through food, fellowship, conversation, and shared experiences, young people build relationships, strengthen connection, and experience the power of gathering beyond the stage.
KNOWN RISE | Leadership Development
Known Rise equips young people to recognize the leader within themselves. Through mentorship, personal development, service, and leadership opportunities, participants gain practical skills and experiences that prepare them to lead in their communities, careers, and everyday lives.
KNOWN ELITE | Artist & Career Development
Known Elite supports emerging artists and creatives as they take the next steps in their professional journeys. Participants receive opportunities for artistic development, industry exposure, professional experiences, and mentorship designed to help turn talent into sustainable pathways.
