What Known Means to Me:
Known has been like a family to me, one that is safe, welcoming, and accepts me for me. It has given me the space to grow not only as an artist, but as an individual, professional, leader, and friend. We live in extremely difficult times where many days we don’t know how we’re going to make it through. I know that whenever I show up to Known, I’ll leave with a smile on my face and a greater sense of purpose.
Favorite Known MPLS Memory:
One of my favorite memories with Known was getting to perform our own set at the Eaux Claires Festival in 2026. It was our first out-of-state gig and one of our largest crowds yet. Getting to see so many people gather to watch us perform, many of whom were experiencing us for the first time, was such a surreal experience. In that moment, it felt like we were exactly where God wanted us to be. I really got a glimpse into the future of how impactful Known is and will continue to be!
The Impact I Want to Make:
When I sing with Known, I hope that even just one or a few people are able to resonate with what we’re singing and receive healing in some way. I also hope to lead by example for young people and show them how capable they are of doing great things!
